At TapeWorks Texas, the purchasing process is safe and secure.  We go the extra mile to make sure your financial information is protected, that no one is using your identity to make fraudulent purchases, and whatever information you provide is only used for processing your orders.  If you suspect otherwise, let us know.  We'll help make sure the coyote gets corraled in the nearest hoosegow!

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is paid by the customer FOB TapeWorks Texas.  Shipping / Freight  charges are determined by the carrier.  In most cases that is UPS, but other carriers are available.  We reserve the right to ship orders complete in order to keep costs as low as possible, and we work with you to provide timely delivery.  Most orders for products in stock leave our dock at 4:00 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday.  Orders placed on holidays may be delayed to the next business day.  We don't artifically reduce the price of a product, then make the money back on Freight.  Our goal is to provide the best price on both product and shipping.
Freight Shortages / Damages
All shipments must be inspected carefully before signing the way-bill  or delivery receipt.  Damage, Shortage, Hidden Damage, Loss and/or other discrepancies must be reported to the carrier at time of receipt.  Failure to do so, places responsibility for loss solely with the customer.  Customer must take all necessary steps to obtain carrier damage inspection reports.  Please contact your TapeWorks Texas sales representative immediatly so that we may assist you with your claim settlement.
Privacy & Security
The information collected on this site is used for the sole purpose of processing your orders.  Appropriate electronic, physical, and managerial procedures safeguard the secure information we collect.  Your information is not sold-to or shared-with third-party advertisers.  Should you wish to be contacted with information related to industry news, customer feedback, special offers, and other goings-on, please sign up for the TapeWorks Texas Newsletter; and check us out on twitter.
Returns
Since most customers work directly with a TapeWorks Texas Sales Representataive, we seldom have returns.  However, if a return is necessary you will need a Return Authorization (RA) Number, which must be obtained withing 30 days of receipt of product.  Product returned without an RA number will be sent back to you at your cost an expense.  All sales are final on special order items.  Other products not eligible for return are:  Any product not purchased from TapeWorks Texas.  Products without a valid, readable serial number.  Products without all original packaging, accessories, including retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.  Products missing UPC codes.  Products that exhibit physical damage.  Products for which you have submitted a mail in rebate.  A restocking fee of 20% may apply to all authorized returns depending on the circumstances.  The customer may be responsible for all shipping costs for returned product depending on the circumstance.  To apply for an RA number please call your sales representative. 
Taxes
TapeWorks Texas collects tax in 20 states based on delivery address.  If you are tax exempt, please provide the appropriate documents.  Partial tax exemptions are also available.  A sales representative will be glad to assist you.  Taxable States are currently:  Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Washington.
Terms of Sale / Credit / Returned Check Policy
Terms are Net 10 Days with Credit Approval.  If you'd like to set up an account, please contact a TapeWorks Texas Sales Representative.  New accounts should allow sufficient time to obtain proper credit information which includes a bank reference and two trade references.  Initial orders are usually shipped upon receipt of payment.  Outstanding past-due balances are subject to a finance charge of 1% per month.  New orders will not be shipped while there is a past due balance.  All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 service charge; and the kind of scowl you get when you know the outhouse wern't dug to deep.

As stated in our Privacy and Security section, your information aint goin nowhere...it's tied tighter than a rodeo calf in the finals.
